The doctors and nurses at this surgery are the best.I have never been so well looked after.I cannot think of anything I would change that would make it any better.A+

It is not good that the number to call the surgery is an expensive not local number and when you ring at 8am for an appointment sometimes the doctors are almost full. However I think I have always managed to see a doctor on the day I rang and I have been fitted in when it has been urgent. I would like to see the phone number changed to a local one though. There are some great doctors at the surgery and some I am not so keen on but I just ask to see the ones I prefer and there is a mix of female and male so I can see the one I am most comfortable with depending on the situation.

The Receptionists at Courtyard Surgery are very helpful, it is very easy to obtain an appointment if you feel able to see any Doctor however one may have to wait a few days to see a specific Doctor. It would be helpful for patients like me who need Six monthly medication reviews to be able to book 6 months in advance as you can at the Dentist.

Great surgery led by Dr Chopin, always able to get an appointment when I need one especially for my 3 children, helpful and friendly staff and almost always able to see the same GP each visit who now after 15 years knows our family very well.

Have always had no trouble getting appointments. Have seen three different doctors and all have been excellent and do not try to rush you. We all know our own bodies better than anyone and they take the time to listen and understand rather than just whip out the prescription pad. I have recommended this surgery to many people. They are not too big either which I prefer.
